To provide a smooth and secure shopping experience, Elryan offers its valued customers multiple payment options to suit their needs, in accordance with the following policies:

First: Cash on Delivery

• You can complete your purchase through the Elryan app and select cash on delivery.
• Payment for the order is made upon delivery.
• A delivery service fee of 5,000 Iraqi dinars applies to each order, across all governorates.
• Upon delivery, please sign a copy of the delivery invoice to confirm receipt of the order.
• Please pay only the amount shown on the invoice, as delivery representatives are not permitted to accept tips.

Second: Installment Purchase

• The Elryan app offers an installment purchase service for employees and retirees whose salaries are deposited with Rafidain Bank.
• Installment terms can be chosen from 1 to 10 months.
• Installments are deducted electronically when the salary is deposited.
• After the final installment is paid, the invoice is automatically closed by Rafidain Bank.
