Checking Delivery Time Before Purchase

• On any product page, customers can check the expected delivery time based on the governorate they live in.
• After selecting the governorate, the product's expected delivery date is displayed directly, before completing the purchase.
• Delivery time varies depending on the product and the selected governorate.

Order Completion

• After selecting a product and completing the purchase through the Elryan app or website, you will receive a message via WhatsApp or email containing your order number and order details.

Order and Delivery Address Confirmation

• For a customer's first purchase through our website or app, the Customer Service team will contact you to confirm the order and delivery address.
• For returning customers, no confirmation call is made — the delivery address confirmed during the first purchase is used by default, unless the customer requests an address update or a follow-up call is otherwise required.

Causes of Delivery Delays

In certain cases, delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, most notably:

1. Holidays and Religious or Official Occasions

• During holidays and special occasions, delivery operations may be temporarily suspended while customers continue placing orders, leading to a backlog. As a result, delivery times may increase once service resumes.

2. Road Closures to Certain Governorates

• In the event of road closures due to security conditions or emergencies, orders to affected areas may be delayed until transport routes return to normal.

3. Black Friday Sale Period

• During major sale periods such as Black Friday, order volume increases significantly, placing additional pressure on order processing and delivery operations, which may extend delivery times.

4. Pre-Order Requests

• For products available on a pre-order basis, the delivery timeframe is determined based on the expected arrival date provided by the product's brand company.
• We are informed of the product's expected arrival time, and the customer is notified of the estimated delivery date when placing the order.
• In some cases, the delivery period may extend beyond the specified date if the goods are delayed in reaching the supplying company, or due to any other delay outside our control.
