The Redmi Watch 5 Active features a 2" square LCD display with a resolution of 320 × 385 pixels and weighs 30.6g (without the strap). The frame is made of plastic with a metallic spray finish and supports Bluetooth calling with a built-in speaker.

Running on Xiaomi HyperOS, it connects via Bluetooth 5.3. The watch includes a heart rate sensor with SpO₂ monitoring and an accelerometer for fitness tracking.
It packs a 470mAh battery that delivers up to 18 days of typical use. With 5ATM water resistance, it’s compatible with Android 8.0+ and iOS 12.0+ smartphones.
